At the beginning of the week, we see a posting in the elevator for a dumpling making workshop Wednesday evening. We say "what the hay, it's free, let's try it out." Wednesday comes around and we are exhausted from our school day and starving. So we are whining the whole time about how long it is taking them to set up the dumpling workshop and we just wanna eat dumplings!
An hour after we were supposed to be eating, we were given some ingredients and told to go for it.
And it was so worth the wait.

So all in all, even after a long tiring day, this was awesome and yummy.
And we signed up for a sushi making workshop in February :)
